These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.cashresourceguide.com (the "Site") operated by Cashresourceguide ("we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Our service

Cashresourceguide is a free service that connects consumers with lenders and lending networks ("Partners"). We are not a lender, we do not make loans or credit decisions, and we are not an agent, representative or broker of any Partner. We do not endorse any Partner or guarantee that you will receive an offer, approval, a specific amount, rate or term.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and legally able to enter into contracts. Loan products are not available in all states, and eligibility is determined solely by Partners.

3. Your information and authorization

You agree that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete, and that you are submitting your own information. By submitting a request you authorize us to share your information with Partners as described in our Privacy Policy, and you authorize Partners to verify your information, including by obtaining consumer reports from consumer reporting agencies, which may affect your credit score.

4. Consent to be contacted

If you agree to receive marketing communications on our form, you consent to receive calls and text messages, including messages sent with an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice, and emails, from Cashresourceguide and its Partners at the numbers and email address you provided, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent by emailing [email protected].

5. Loan terms

Any loan you obtain is an agreement solely between you and the lender. Rates, fees, repayment terms and policies on late payments, renewals and collections are set by the lender and disclosed to you before you accept. Review all terms carefully. You are not obligated to accept any offer.

6. Prohibited use

You may not submit false information, submit information about another person, use automated means to access the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTNER WILL MAKE YOU AN OFFER.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHRESOURCEGUIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF PARTNERS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

9. Third-party sites

The Site may redirect you to Partner websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

10. Governing law; changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site.
