This Privacy Policy explains how Cashresourceguide ("Cashresourceguide," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit www.cashresourceguide.com (the "Site") or submit a loan request. By using the Site you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Who we are

Cashresourceguide operates a free online service that connects consumers with lenders, lending networks and other financial service providers ("Partners"). We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.

2. Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, phone numbers, home address, date of birth, Social Security Number, driver's license or state ID number, military status, employment and income information, pay dates, bank name, routing and account numbers, account type, loan amount and purpose, self-reported credit and other details you enter in our forms.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information (user agent), pages viewed, referring URLs, campaign parameters, click identifiers, date and time of visits, and similar data collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
• Lead verification data: we use third-party services (such as Jornaya/LeadiD) that record your interaction with our form, including the consent language displayed, to document your consent and help prevent fraud.
• Information from third parties: Partners and consumer reporting agencies may share information with us to verify your identity, prevent fraud and evaluate your request.

3. How we use information

• To process your loan request and match you with Partners who may be able to offer you a loan or related product;
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud;
• To contact you by email, phone or text message (subject to your consent, where required);
• To measure and improve our advertising and the Site, including through analytics and advertising platforms;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share information

When you submit a loan request, you authorize us to share the information you provide with Partners, including lead networks such as True Path Leads and the lenders and service providers in their networks, so they can review your request and contact you. Partners may share your information with their own service providers and may run credit checks with consumer reporting agencies. We may also share information with:

• Service providers that host the Site, store data, verify leads, deliver communications or provide analytics and advertising services;
• Advertising platforms (for example, Meta/Facebook) in hashed or aggregated form to measure ad performance;
• Government authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud;
• A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Partners use your information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Please review each Partner's privacy policy before accepting an offer.

5. Cookies and tracking

We and our advertising and analytics providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure campaigns and deliver relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; the Site does not currently respond to them.

6. Communications and your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To ask us to stop calling you, email [email protected]. Opting out with us does not opt you out of communications from Partners who already received your information; please contact them directly.

7. Data security and retention

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted (TLS) transmission and encryption of sensitive data at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention requirements.

8. Your privacy rights (including California and other states)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising. Sharing your loan request with Partners may be considered a "sale" under some state laws.

To exercise other rights, email us from the address you used on the Site. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Information shared with lenders that is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act may be exempt from certain state privacy rights.

9. Children

The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised.
