Consent to Electronic Communications (E-Consent)

This E-Consent applies to communications between you and Cashresourceguide and the lenders and partners in its network ("Partners"), in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

1. Consent to electronic records and signatures

By checking the box on our form and submitting your request, you agree that we and our Partners may provide disclosures, notices, agreements and other communications ("Communications") to you electronically, by email, text message or by posting them on a website, and that your electronic signature or click has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

2. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any Communication we provide by emailing [email protected] within 60 days of receiving it. There is no charge for a paper copy from us. Partners may have their own policies for paper copies.

3. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect Communications already provided. Because our service is provided online, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your request.

4. Updating your contact information

You agree to keep your email address current. To update it, email [email protected].

5. Hardware and software requirements

To access and keep Communications you need: a device with internet access; a current version of a major web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) with cookies and JavaScript enabled; a valid email address; and software that can open PDF files. You can save or print Communications from your browser or email program.

6. Consent

By checking the box on our form you confirm that you have read this E-Consent, that you can access the electronic Communications described above, and that you consent to receive them electronically.
